- Content data: Uploaded digital download assets, async consultation audio/video recordings, and course materials.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data strictly to operate and improve Instorise services:
- Processing customer orders, 1-click upsells, and digital download deliveries.
- Facilitating Stripe Connect T+1 daily payouts.
- Running automated AI contract risk scans and generating tailored product descriptions.
- Detecting fraudulent transactions and preventing piracy via expiring HMAC links.
3. Data Security & Encryption
All customer and creator data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Pre-signed download links expire after 15 minutes, and double-entry financial ledgers ensure atomic balance verification.
4. Creator Data Ownership
You own 100% of your audience data, email lists, and digital assets. Instorise will never sell your customer lists or lock your audience behind proprietary wall fees. You can export your full subscriber and transaction history at any time.
