These terms govern your access to and use of Instorise websites, storefronts, and Business-OS services. By using Instorise, you agree to these terms.

1. Account Registration & Storefront Handles

When claiming a storefront handle (e.g., instorise.com/yourhandle), you agree to provide accurate information. Handles that infringe on registered trademarks, impersonate third parties, or engage in deceptive practices may be reclaimed or reassigned at our discretion.

2. Fees, Payments & Payouts

Instorise offers a free Starter plan and paid Creator Pro ($24/mo) and Business-OS ($65/mo) plans, all with 0% platform transaction fees.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe Connect Express.
Payouts settle on automated T+1 rolling daily schedules directly to your linked bank account.
Standard payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe 2.9% + 30¢) apply to all transactions.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

Creators may not sell illegal goods, malicious software, copyright-infringing assets, or deceptive financial schemes. Violation of these guidelines will result in immediate storefront suspension and termination of payment rails.

4. Limitation of Liability

Instorise provides software infrastructure on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, payment processor disruptions, or third-party breaches.
